Group hypnobirthing classes

Within these sessions, I teach up to 12x pregnant people and their birth partners. You still have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Teaching is 10-12 hours in total.

I run online courses as well as in person sessions in Mentmore, Buckinghamshire. My clients come from all over the area including Leighton Buzzard, Tring, Berkhamsted, Wing, Wingrave, Edlesborough and Aylesbury.

1:2:1 classes

Within these sessions, I teach you (and your birth partner) individually. This option gives you lots of freedom to ask questions and I can tailor my teaching to any specifics relating to your pregnancy.

Teaching is 10-12 hours in total.

I offer 1:2:1 classes in the daytime, evening and weekends. Please message me to discuss the next available slots.

I’m Buckinghamshire based but happy to travel to parts of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

What do I cover in the course?

I practice KGHypnobirthing, a world-renowned method of hypnobirthing created by its founder, Katharine Graves. The KGHypnobirthing Teacher Training course I completed is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. As well as its reputation, the other benefit of becoming a KGH teacher is that I have ongoing access to up-to-date information and research. It means my teaching is always relevant and provides you with the best evidence-based approach.
